Need help to connect my laser machine

I have problem to connect my machine model numbers : 1390 ( as show on machine label )
( 644xs ) as show on RDworks8 software ..
the machine works with me for one year, after that many problem to connect it via USB cable >>
i search on the internet many times to solve this problem following the troubleshoot method
- first i uninstall the usb driver and reinstall it again
- change the OS
- Change the usb cable
- update the driver manually works for me one time only and stop working again
i need help to connect the machine again to the computer , it connect via USB only

Any help appreciated.
